Electronic Media


Digital media takes advantage of electronic technology. They may include television, radio, Internet, fax, CD-ROMs, DVD, and any other medium that requires electricity or digital encoding of information. The term 'electronic media' is often used in contrast with print media. Although printed media will always have a certain share of the market, digital media has established itself as a very powerful and effective medium of communication and advertising.  With mobile devises being used by more consumers, the scope for digital exposure increases accordingly. Every company would use different types of digital media according to their needs, but the ones most commonly used would be newsletters, invitations, rsvp mailers, advertisements, electronic faxes, websites and blogs, and lastly the one we use on a daily basis, e-mail.
